On the first floor of Tower Chamber there is Bilibin bar. Its unusual name occurred owing to original style of interior. Decorator who worked with its appearance was fascinated by creative work of original Russian artist Ivan Bilibin. His name is connected with magic world of fairytales and bylinas, with images of ancient Russia.

Exactly these images were used in decorative painting of the walls on which were shown charm of Russian countryside and magnificence of tsar’s palaces, and sorrowful spere, and heady feast...
